At Looin.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your shoe purchase, we're here to help.

🛍 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Shoes must be unused and unworn.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box and packaging.
• All original tags and labels must be attached.
• Shoes must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
• Once a product has been replaced, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

• Size issues
• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item received

All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will offer either:

• A refund, or
• Store credit for a future purchase.

💵 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
• Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be completed.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the shoes received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

• Shoes without the original box or packaging
• Shoes damaged due to misuse
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards or vouchers
